REGEN – 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
At REGEN, we take pride in delivering the highest quality, ethically sourced produce from local regenerative farms. Every item is carefully packed and delivered to ensure freshness, safety, and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because we sell perishable goods, we only accept & issue refunds for items that arrive in a damaged or compromised condition.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and the packaging they arrived in.
- The item(s) must be unused, unopened (where packaging allows), and in the original condition they were received.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@regenmcr.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs showing the damage
- Our team will review your request within 2 working days and get back to you with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your claim has been approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
- We cannot offer refunds for customer mistakes (e.g. wrong address provided) or if you simply change your mind after delivery.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@regenmcr.co.uk.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any fresh or perishable products unless damaged. This includes:
- Raw or cooked meat
- Fresh eggs
- Raw dairy (e.g. milk, yoghurt, kefir)
Please dispose of these items accordingly if damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
