Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Manchester. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at support@regenmcr.co.uk before placing your order.


2. Delivery Days

We deliver once per week, on Fridays, ensuring freshness & sustainability in our sourcing model. If there are any changes to our delivery day:

  • You’ll be notified of your scheduled delivery day via email or SMS after.
  • Subscription customers will receive regular updates on dispatch and delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery is available for all orders.
  • Subscription boxes include delivery in the total price unless otherwise stated.

4. Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

All our products are packed in insulated, recyclable packaging designed to keep your food fresh during transit.

  • Chilled items are sent with ice packs or temperature-controlled liners to ensure they stay cold until you receive them.
  • We recommend unpacking and refrigerating or freezing your items immediately upon arrival.

5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery:

  • Our courier will leave your box in a safe place (as specified at checkout) or attempt redelivery where possible.
  • If no safe place is provided and redelivery fails, REGEN is not responsible for spoiled or missing goods.

6. Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver all orders on time, but occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • REGEN is not liable for delays beyond our control but will work quickly to resolve any issues and keep you informed.

7. Order Cut-Off Times

To receive your box on your designated delivery day, please ensure you place or update your order by 12:00 Monday.

  • Orders placed after this time will roll over to the next delivery window.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • We’ll offer a refund, credit, or replacement where appropriate.
